Kyzylarai (Kazakh: Кызыларай) is a massif, a part of the Kazakh Melkosopochnik (Kazakh Uplands), situated in Karaganda Region in Central Kazakhstan. The place is extremely rich in natural and historical sights. Begazy burial grounds (Begazy-Dandybai culture of the Bronze Age) are one of them. The highest point of Central Kazakhstan, Aksoran Mountain (1,565 metres (5,135 ft)) is located in Kyzylarai. The world's largest mountain sheep, the Argali, can be seen in the area.[1]

Kyzylarai is located in the southern part of the Kazakh Uplands, north of Lake Balkhash.
