Laeticia Eulalia Mary Mukasa Kikonyogo is a Ugandan judge. She is the Deputy Chief Justice of Uganda.[1] She is a justice of the Uganda Court of Appeal.[2] The court of Appeal also functions as the Constitutional Court of Uganda. Her first name is sometimes spelled as Leticia or as Letitia.
