The Latin American Research Review is a triannual peer-reviewed academic journal covering research on Latin America and the Caribbean. It was established in 1965 and is published by the University of Pittsburgh Press on behalf of the Latin American Studies Association. The editor-in-chief is Aníbal Pérez Liñán (University of Pittsburgh). Articles are published in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

The journal is abstracted and indexed in Current Contents/Social & Behavioral Sciences,[1] Scopus,[2] and the Social Sciences Citation Index.[1] According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2014 impact factor of 0.226.[3]
