Laura Lepistö (born April 25, 1988 in Espoo, Finland) is a Finnish figure skater. She is the 2008 Finnish national champion and the 2007 Nordic silver medalist. Lepistö has won medals on the Junior Grand Prix circuit. She surprised many by winning the short program at 2007 Skate Canada, her first senior international competition. She is well known for her strong jumping technique.
