Lee Monroe Gross III (born July 29, 1953) is a former professional American football center in the National Football League. He was selected in the second round (32nd overall) of the 1975 NFL Draft after playing college football for the Auburn Tigers.

He spent four seasons in the NFL, three for the New Orleans Saints (1975–1977) and one with the Baltimore Colts (1979). Gross is the father of Major League Baseball outfielder Gabe Gross.
