Leonardo Costagliola (27 October 1921 – 7 March 2008) was an Italian football goalkeeper.

Born in Taranto, in his career (1940–1963) he played a total of 623 matches for A.S. Bari, U.S. Conversano, Pro Italia Taranto and AC Fiorentina. For the national team he played 3 games and participated at the 1954 FIFA World Cup. After retiring he started a career as a trainer.
