Leptodactylus notoaktites is a species of frog in the family Leptodactylidae. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, intermittent freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest. It is threatened by habitat loss.
