Lhota u Lysic is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.98 square kilometres (1.54 sq mi), and has a population of 135 (as at 3 July 2006).

Lhota u Lysic lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Blansko, 32 km (20 mi) north of Brno, and 164 km (102 mi) south-east of Prague.
