Liquor & Gaming NSW, an agency of the New South Wales Government, is a division within the Department of Industry responsible for the development, implementation and integrity of the overall regulatory framework across alcohol, licensed clubs and gaming activities in New South Wales.[1]

The agency reports to the Minister for Racing, presently the Hon. Paul Toole MP.
