Lokogoma (or 'Lokogoma Cadastral Zone C09') is a residential area of Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria. It is located just 30 minutes from the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport and is located 25 minutes from the city centre.

History: Lokogoma was opened in 2006 by the Minister of FCT, Nasir El-rufai. His aim of creating this zone is to create more space for residents, struggling to get a property in the town centre.

Development: Lokogoma is still developing, but estates such as IPENT Estate, Nzube Estate, Efab Estate have effortlessly tried in developing Lokogoma.
