Long Tall Sally is a clothing and shoe brand for tall women 5'8" and over.

The first store was opened in 1976 on Chiltern Street in the West End of London. In 2014 there are 11stores in UK, 2 in the US,7 in Canada, 4 in Germany. The company also sends out catalogues and runs an ecommerce website.[1]

In 2008 the company started selling in North America through catalogue and web marketing, and in 2009 acquired the Canadian assets and trade of Tall Girl,[2] including nine stores across Canada. Since then the company has also taken over German tall business Long Fashion and US footwear business Bare Foot Tess. The range features brands such as NYDJ, Silver, Hush Puppies, Clarks, Nine West, Ruby Rocks among others.[1]

Head office is based in Compton st, London. The business is headed up by Andrew Shapin as CEO, supported by a management team of exec directors and heads of department. (Jane Woolf, Tim Williams, Alison Doherty, Sian Field, Susan Smith-Muccilli, Lara Curry, Natalie Devereux, Diana Bonham) The business is backed by Amery Capital, owned by Michael and Maurice Bennett and Maurice Helfgott.[1]
