Louise Blenman

Louise Blenman has been an Appeals Court Judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court since 2012. A native of Guyana, where she began her legal career, she was appointed to reside in and hear cases in Anguilla as a High Court Judge from 2003 to 2012. She also served for a time as the Solicitor General of Saint Lucia and a lecturer in law at the University of Guyana.
