On their third release, L.T.D. hooked up with The Mizell Brothers, "Larry and Fonce" behind the boards to produce "Love To The World". The album would chart on number 7 on the R&B album charts. The single, Love Ballad fared very well charting number 1 on the R&B singles charts and #20 on the pop charts.
