Lukasz Tracz (born April 4th, 1985) is an entrepreneur and a businessman who currently lives in Miami Beach, Fl. He is the co-Founder of Life in Color (tour) "World's Largest Paint Party" and many other business ventures. Lukasz and his colleagues turned business partners have become the young Entourage of Miami. Their company was recently purchased[1] by Robert F. X. Sillerman's SFX Entertainment. Early Life

Lukasz was born in Ziebize, Poland to Krystyna Janowski and Dariusz Tracz. Krystyna and Dariusz met when he was a drumming for his local Poland band. Initially, Krystyna & Dariusz thought that were having only one son. It wasn't until birth when the doctors discovered that they were delivering twins. Lukasz is younger than his identical twin brother Patryk, but only by mere minutes. It is rumored that Dariusz was so excited about the surprising news, he didn't come home for a week. With their father being a drummer in Poland, Lukasz and Patryk both grew love for music at an early age. They faced many hardships living in Poland. Most of the time, the family was forced to eat ketchup sandwiches for meals. They would comprise of two pieces of bread, butter, ketchup, and a dash of salt. At the age of 9, the whole family was forced to move to United States due to the poor economy in Poland and lack of financial stability.

When the family first moved to the United States, the family resided in Boca Raton, FL where both of the brothers attended Spanish River High School. Being that no one in the family spoke english, it was hard getting adjusted to America. Their mother would clean houses to make a living and Dariusz worked overnight shifts at department stores as a maintenance man. When the parents decided to separate and move residences, Lukasz and his brother took over their parents' lease. While still in high school, the brothers quickly learned how to become independent and provide for themselves while going to school. In their senior year of high school, while most kids were deciding on their future, Lukasz and his brother worked at restaurants to pay rent and bills.

College & Start of Dayglow

In 2005, After high school, most of Lukasz immediate friends moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University. Faced with loneliness at home and opportunity abroad, Lukasz decided to leave Boca Raton's Florida Atlantic University to attend Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fl. While awaiting enrollment at FSU Lukasz attended Tallahassee Community College. It was there and through his employment at restaurants (Chili's, Olive Garden) where he met the socialites of Tallahassee. While learning all about the college life, one uneventful night turned Lukaszs' life around. While driving to a party with Deuce Debonaire, Lukasz lost control of his gray 1995 mustang and crashed into a tree on FSU campus. Luckily, no one was killed or severely injured, however, 1st responders on the scene, arrested Lukasz for suspicion of DUI. Faced with excessive court and lawyer fees, Lukasz focused on his graphical design skills. He offered advertisement and sponsorship packages to local businesses to raise money. The practice ultimately helped him sharpen his computer skills and helped him progress as an designer.

He and his new circle of friends loved partying so they began hosting events at various clubs, and charging an inclusive price for limosine shuttles and Vip bottle service. Once Lukasz and his friends started throwing parties regularly, they decided to name themselves Committee Entertainment. One characteristic that was a foundation for Committee Entertainment was everyones' deep appreciation and love for house music. It was then, were everyone took on an assumed role. Paul Campbell was relations/social media manager. Sebastien Solano was in charge of event negotiations. David Solano aka DJ Climax was the Dj. Lukasz was in charge of media marketing.

At the time in Tallahassee, paint parties between fraternities and sorrorities were becoming very popular. After attending one of these parties, Lukasz and his partners had a million dollar idea. They would acquire the name "DayGlow" and throw paint parties. In 2007, Lukasz and his partners (Sebastian Solano, Paul Campbell, David Solano & Patryk Tracz) decided to organize their first Dayglow in Miami at a local club called Allure. After weeks of social and guerilla marketing, the show attracted an underground buzz. The 1st show had 1,000 attendees.

Later Lukasz and his partners took the party to Club Space and started traveling to cities outside of Florida. It only took 2 years for Dayglow to catch the the boom of the Electronic Dance Music craze and become a must attend event for every college demographic. Dayglow became the 1st college EDM touring event in the United States. In 2009 Dayglow hosted a stage at the massive Ultra Music Festival which helped take the brand to new heights. Their party has also been featured in the National Geographic magazine.

Future of Business

What once started as college house parties, has transformed into one of the largest EDM festivals in the world.

With the ability to have such enormous network of EDM affiliates, Lukaszs' major priorities is combining music genres at their festivals. In 2013, Lukasz and his business partners decided to host their 1st Life in Color Festival in Miami. The committee was faced with tough adversity from critics when they added 2 Chainz to the event. Lukasz assured them that adding Hip-Hop to LIC would only strengthen the brand. After much deliberation, his partners agreed to take his advice and add the hiphop superstar to an all-ready giant lineup (including Calvin Harris, R3hab, Steve Aoki) he was able to successfully add 2 Chainz to the release [3]
