Maarja-Liis Ilus, sometimes better known by her performing name Maarja (born 24 December 1980 in Tallinn, Estonia) is a pop musician. She has represented her native Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest twice. She was only 15 when she participated in the 1996 contest. The EBU made an exception for her since you needed to be 16 years or older to participate.
