She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. Riegelman [2]
She moved to California since childhood. [2]
Career
She was a prima donna soprano. She was the grand opera's littlest and most vivacious soprano. She was connected with Chicago Grand Opera Co. and Boston Opera Co. [2]
She obtained European successes with Stettin Grand Opera and Plauen Grand Opera Co. [2]
She was an outstanding concert artist. Nationally acclaimed America's best "Gretel" and "Musetta" both vocally and histrionically. [2]
Personal life
Mabel Riegelman married Marcus Lome Samuels and they had one son, Lome R. Samuels. She lived at 485 Caliiornia St., San Francisco, California. [2]
