Malé Hradisko is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.77 square kilometres (2.61 sq mi), and has a population of 395 (as at 28 August 2006).
Malé Hradisko lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) west of Prostějov, 30 km (19 mi) west of Olomouc, and 189 km (117 mi) east of Prague.
