Malčín is a village and municipality (obec) in Havlíčkův Brod District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 12.73 square kilometres (4.92 sq mi), and has a population of 207 (as at 3 July 2006).

Malčín lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Havlíčkův Brod, 34 km (21 mi) north of Jihlava, and 89 km (55 mi) south-east of Prague.
