Malec [ˈmalɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ciechanowiec, within Wysokie Mazowieckie County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Ciechanowiec, 31 km (19 mi) south of Wysokie Mazowieckie, and 65 km (40 mi) south-west of the regional capital Białystok.

The village has a population of 210.
