Manuel Köhler (born April 25, 1969 in Salzburg) is an Austrian slalom canoer who competed from the mid-1980s to the early 2000s (decade). He won a bronze medal in the K-1 team event at the 1996 European Championships in Augsburg.

Competing in three Summer Olympics, he earned his best finish of sixth in the K-1 event in Sydney in 2000.
