María Sólrún Sigurðardóttir, (August 1, 1965 in Reykjavík, Iceland) also credited as Maria Solrun is a German film director. She studied Film, Art History and Political Science at the Free University of Berlin and her 2004 film Jargo premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival, winning two awards at the Sarajevo Film Festival.
