Marcel-Henri Jaspar (Schaerbeek, 23 June 1901 - Ixelles, 14 May 1982), was a Belgian lawyer and Liberal politician.

He was elected deputy in the Chamber of Representatives in 1932. At the age of 34, he was named Minister of Communications and Transport in the second Van Zeeland government. In the Pierlot II Government he served as minister of health, forming a brief (and unofficial) government himself with Camille Huysmans in London during the Second World War, briefly competing with the Official Pierlot Government in Exile.
