Marchwacz [ˈmarxfat͡ʂ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szczytniki, within Kalisz County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Kalisz and 121 km (75 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
