Marecidia achrysa is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It was described by Forbes in 1939. It is found in Panama.
The wingspan is about 30 mm. The forewings are deep black, with a green basal spot and a deep crimson elliptical spot below the cell. The costal half of the hindwings is covered with dull brown sex-scaling in males. Females have a whitish spot in the cell.[1]
