Margarita (Indian TV series)
Margarita is a TV show broadcast on Zee TV in 1997, starring Milind Soman[1] and Rajeshwari Sachdev in lead roles, with Nadira, Kalpana Iyer and others.
Margarita is a love story, set in Goa against a Portuguese backdrop. Soman plays the lead role of Pedro in love with Margarita (Rajeshwari), also called Tita, the youngest of the family's three children. However, a family tradition that the youngest daughter remain unmarried to take care of her aged parents prevents the two from marrying. So, Soman marries one of the other sisters in order to be close to his loved one.[2]
