Markowice [markɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Koziegłowy, within Myszków County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Koziegłowy, 11 km (7 mi) west of Myszków, and 37 km (23 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.
