Masaharu Ikuta (生田 正治, Ikuta Masaharu, born January 19, 1935) is a Japanese businessman from Kobe. He graduated from Keio University.

He was the former CEO of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, and was the president of the Japan Postal Agency[1] 2003 to March 2007.
