Matthew Head (born 2 November 1975 in Victoria, Australia) is a former Australian rules football umpire (Australian rules football) in the Australian Football League (AFL).

He umpired 144 AFL games.[1]

Head was investigated after it was reported he made inappropriate comments following a game in 2005.[2] He was later cleared of any wrongdoing.[3]
