Matti Anttonen (born November 27, 1957 in Turku) was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland to the Russian Federation from 2008 until April 2012. Since then, he works as Director General of the Department for External Economic Relations in the Finnish Foreign Ministry.[1][2]
