Melissa Gonzales is an American actress best known for taking over the role of Gabriela "Gaby" Fernández from Mayteana Morales on the PBS kids' show Ghostwriter.[citation needed] Her other work includes Light It Up and Doin' It Right, a PBS special from 1998 about a group of Chicago child actors.
