Mendo de Alpoim (13?-14?) was a Portuguese nobleman, Chancellor and Ambassador in England.[1]
Biography
Alpoim possibly born in Coimbra, he was commissioned carry out the preparations concerning the wedding of King John I of Portugal with Philippa of Lancaster.[2]
Mendo de Alpoim was father of Lopo de Alpoim alcaide of Montemor-o-Velho. And grandson of Diniz d' Alpoim.[3]
