Metsübo Jamir is a Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party politician from Nagaland. He is the Longest Serving Director of Rural Development Department Nagaland . He is the Son of NI Jamir (Former Minister and Former Chief Secretary of Nagaland) and younger brother of Alemtemshi Jamir IAS (Former Chief Secretary of Nagaland). He has been elected in Nagaland Legislative Assembly election in 2018 from Mokokchung Town constituency as candidate of Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party. He is Minister of Rural Development from 2018 till date.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
