The Miami Valley Conference, or MVC, is an athletic conference within the Ohio High School Athletic Association consisting of ten member teams from the Greater Cincinnati area.

Note: Seven Hills does not have a football team. St. Bernard will begin a Football program in the fall of 2011 (JV Football play in the 2011 and 2012 seasons and Varsity play within the MVC in the 2013 season); Dayton Christian School will join the conference in the Fall 2013 as an associate football member.
