''' Michael Kwame Adusei Boateng''', more commonly known as '''Michael Boateng''' (born 17 August 1991, in [[Peckham]], [[London]], [[England]]) is an [[English people|English]] [[Association football|footballer]] of [[Ghana]]ian descent, who currently plays for [[Bromley F.C.|Bromley]] and has previously played for [[Bristol Rovers F.C.|Bristol Rovers]]. He is primarily a right back but can also play on the right wing if needs be.

As a youngster growing up played for Addiscombe Corinthians. He attended [[Archbishop Tenison's Church of England High School]] from 2002 to 2007 where he was a regular in the school team. He was previously an academy player at [[Crystal Palace F.C.|Crystal Palace]] where he was later released.

== Club career ==
Michael (Mike Bee) was a youth player at [[Woking F.C.|Woking]], this was the period of time he had a growth spurt, where he featured heavily and appeared for their reserves. During the start of preseason for the 2011–12 season he was invited on a two-week trial with [[Bristol Rovers F.C.|Bristol Rovers]], where he featured in friendlies against Bath City, Salisbury, Inverness and Burnley.
