Michael Xavier Charles Gidley (born 11 October 1976[1]) is an Australian politician, and has been the member for Mount Waverley in the Victorian Legislative Assembly since 2010.

Gidley is an accountant and former Young Liberals president, he was unsuccessful at the 2006 election.[2]

Gidley is pro-life. Along with Bernie Finn and Geoff Shaw, he took part in the October 2014 March for the Babies alongside Bernie Finn and Jan Kronberg.[3]
