Michael Kawalya Kagwa was the Katikiro (i.e. Prime Minister) of the Ugandan Kingdom of Buganda from 1945 to 1950. Kawalya Kagwa's father Apolo Kagwa, was an influential Katikiro and regent.[1][2]
