Milan Kubáň is a Slovak slalom canoeist who competed in the 1990s and 2000s. He won three medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships with two silvers (C-2: 2005, C-2 team: 1999) and a bronze (C-2 team: 2006).

At the European Championships he has won a total of 5 medals (2 golds, 1 silver and 2 bronzes).

His partner throughout the whole of his active career was Marián Olejník.

Kubáň is currently coaching the Japanese canoe slalom team.[1]
