The Milioara River or Mierea River is a small river in the proximity of Târgovişte, Romania. In the Middle Ages the course of the river created the moat along the city's ramparts.

Originally the river was a tributary of the Ialomiţa River. In 1927 the river was diverted into the Ilfov River
