Mineral County Technical Center (600 Harley O. Staggers Dr., Keyser, WV 304-788-4240), Built in 1966, making it the oldest operating technical center in WV, is a Technical Center for juniors and seniors at Keyser and Frankfort High Schools and adults living in Mineral County, West Virginia.

It includes the following career pathways: accounting, administrative support/secretarial, marketing and advertising, automotive technology repair, collision repair technology, electronics technology, computer technology and cisco, general building construction, welding, occupational safety and fire science, health occupations, food management, agricultural mechanics, aquaculture, forestry, horticulture, veterinary science/animal technology.
