Minoru Kimura is a Japan-based Brazilian kickboxer, fighting out of Fighting Kairos Gym.

Kickboxing

Kimura fights in the Featherweight Division and has faced several notable fighters of his weight division such as Kaew Fairtex,[1] Hideaki Yamazaki, Yasuomi Soda,[2] Masaaki Noiri,[3] Massaro Glunder[4] and Hiroya.

On 15 December 2015, Kimura was ranked the #2 Featherweight in the world by LiverKick.com.[5]

Mixed martial arts

In September 2016, Kimura made his mixed martial arts debut for the Rizin Fighting Federation in Tokyo. He faced Charles Bennett and lost the fight via TKO just seven seconds into the first round.
