CRS, (Child Rebel Soldier), is a musical group comprised of successful solo artists Kanye West, Pharrell Williams and Lupe Fiasco. To date, only a news article announcing the formation of the group and a track of CRS, both on hiphopdx.com, have been released.

"It depends what it sounds like," Lupe said. "We gotta make some more records. Everybody is mad busy, Kanye is doing his record, Pharrell's in the studio, I'm working on my record, so we gonna wait til everything settles down some."

The first single 'US Placers' which features verses from Lupe, Kanye, and Pharrell has been gaining popularity on the internet - the song was released by Kanye amongst other tracks in a mixtape (entitled "Can't Tell Me Nothing (The Official Mixtape Mixed By Plain Pat)") to promote his next album, Graduation. The instrumental to the song is taken from Thom Yorke's The Eraser as well as the chorus, in which Thom's voice appears. The three rappers’ verses are loosely organized around Yorke’s refrain: “The more you try to erase me, the more that I appear.”Very hard-hitting, ‘US Placers’ sees Pharrell rap about the recent Virginia Tech Massacre, while Kanye has a dig at MTV.[1]

CRS will be featured on a song on Graduation with Kanye West. A collaboration with Lupe Fiasco on The Cool is rumoured.
