The Missouri State League was a baseball minor league created for the 1911 season, as were all of its then-member teams.

The League started with teams in Brookfield, Missouri, Jefferson City, Missouri, Kirksville, Missouri, Macon, Missouri, and Sedalia, Missouri. The Brookfield team, the Hustlers, folded on May 8, and the Sedalia team moved to Brookfield after the Hustlers folded. They had a record of 7-3 in Sedalia, and 4-5 in Brookfield. The final standings were:

Sedalia Cubs (later Brookfield Cubs) 11-8
Macon Athletics 10-8
Kirksville Osteopaths 9-12
Jefferson City Senators 11-9
Brookfield Hustlers 0-4

The Jefferson City Senators team folded on June 2. The Brookfield Cubs, Kirksville Osteopaths, Macon Athletics, and the league itself folded on June 4.
