Moab Regional Hospital (formerly known as Allen Memorial Hospital) opened on February 14, 2011. The hospital is a critical access hospital and a Level IV Trauma Center. It is a non-profit, community-owned hospital located in Moab, Utah.

Moab Regional Hospital offers a full-service Emergency Department, general/orthopedic surgical services, primary care, radiology, obstetrical services, cancer therapy, laboratory, and visiting specialists in oncology, podiatry, cardiology, optometry, and plastic surgery. The hospital has a helipad located on the northeast side of the hospital.
