Request to fix date format in template

Because this template outputs today's month and day (but not year) in the |date= field, it will always generate a message stating Check date values in: |date=. See Oklahoma State Highway 251A for an example. Could someone please fix this template? Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 16:32, 23 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The issue has been corrected by Imzadi1979.
