Morné Hanekom (born 15 February 1988) is a South African rugby union player, currently playing with the Template:Rut Leopards.[1]

He was born in Malmesbury and represented Template:Rut Western Province at various youth levels. He was included in the Template:Rut Western Province squad for the 2009 Vodacom Cup and played for the University of Stellenbosch in the FNB Varsity Cup in 2008 and 2009. In 2010, he joined Template:Rut Griquas for the 2010 Vodacom Cup competition, but then moved to the Template:Rut Eastern Province Kings for the Currie Cup First Division.

He joined the Template:Rut Leopards for the 2011 Currie Cup season.
