Moszczenica [mɔʂt͡ʂɛˈɲit͡sa] is a village in Gorlice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Moszczenica. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north-west of Gorlice and 93 km (58 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The village has a population of 4,706.
