Motel is a rock band created in Castellón (Spain) in 1996.

Their first album was Uno in 1998, then El complicado sabor de la carne cruda (2000), Veneno Stereo (2002), Animales de Compañía (2009, Sello Author) and Los Renglones Torcidos (2011) and Cultivos (2015). Mondosonoro (a wellknown Spanish magazine) selected Animales de Compañía as one of the best 15 records of that year of the Valencian Community. This band, very respected in the Spanish underground, has played all around Spain and shared stage with famous bands such as Barricada, Los Planetas, Sôber o Pereza.
