Mukesh Desai was an Indian cricketer who played for Gujarat.[1]

Desai made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1980-81 season, against Baroda. From the lower-middle order, he scored 22 runs in the first innings in which he batted, and 5 runs in the second.

Desai bowled 9 overs in the match, conceding 33 runs.
