The MultiService Forum, MSF, also sometimes Multiservice Switching Forum, is a telecommunications industry association. MSF promotes interoperability in the field of Next Generation Networking products and services. Members include equipment vendors such as Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco Systems, and also fixed and mobile network operators such as Verizon (http://www.verizon.com), NTT, BT and Vodafone. MSF produces Implementation Agreements, which specify how technologies should be implemented or configured in order to achieve interoperation. In order to better serve the needs of the Service providers, MSF recently created the Services Working Group (SWG, http://www.msforum.org/about/tcleadership.shtml)
