Muriel Grace Patterson, née Quartermaine (born 20 September 1931) is a former Australian politician.

She was born in Katanning and was a business proprietor before entering politics. In 1989 she was elected to the Western Australian Legislative Council as a Liberal member for South West. She was Shadow Minister for Aboriginal Affairs from May to November 1992 and Shadow Minister for Consumer Affairs from 1992 to 1993, but after the Liberal victory in 1993 she was not given ministerial office but instead appointed Government Whip, a position she held until her retirement in 2001.[1]
